Services include:

• Provide direct services, including assessment, interventions and evaluations for students with speech-language disabilities in early intervention, preschool and school-age programs
• Provide services that support students functioning in the general education curriculum
• Provide services that support students functioning within his/her special education program
• Support compliance with federal, state and local mandates
• Help identify accommodations and modifications that will allow children with speech and language disabilities to participate in state/district assessments
• Assist in the evaluation of students' needs related to assistive technology and augmentative devices
