The WCESC has the capability of performing background checks via fingerprinting using WebCheck.  Information is submitted electronically to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation for processing and results.  SERVICES PROVIDED for SCHOOL PERSONNEL, SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS and CHILDCARE FACILITIES ONLY.

8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Summer Hours:  (June - August) 

Monday - Thursday

8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Holiday hours may vary; calling ahead is recommended at those times.  All other times are walk-in with no appointment necessary.

Rates charged by the WCESC are as follows:

State (BCI):       $30.00 for state only

Federal (FBI):    $35.00 for federal only

Both:                  $60.00 for both

Money order, cash or personal check only (please bring exact change).
